From first contact to job completion, Matt and Michael were professional, courteous and arrived earlier than anticipated. The issue turned out to be water leaking from an external air conditioning unit ingressing through some old dried out silicon, not a leaking pipe as I first thought. Regardless, Michael rectified the problem with true professionalism, taking pictures and video to show me the before and after.
