Royal Flush is far more than a plumbing service and repair company, they are people that care. They care about the well-being of my business and family home. The professionalism and high quality of work is the best I’ve seen. I’ll never forget the moment I realised that Royal Flush Plumbing was the going to be the only plumping company ill ever use for the rest of my life. I received an invoice for job that came in $1000 cheaper than another company I used for the exact same job 6 months prior. Even I thought it was to cheap so I tried to pay them extra, but the owner wouldn’t except it. That’s how trust is built! So I highly recommend this company, who I now call friends!

From first contact to job completion, Matt and Michael were professional, courteous and arrived earlier than anticipated. The issue turned out to be water leaking from an external air conditioning unit ingressing through some old dried out silicon, not a leaking pipe as I first thought. Regardless, Michael rectified the problem with true professionalism, taking pictures and video to show me the before and after. It seems we have found ourselves a plumber that we will use for all jobs going forward. Many thanks Royal Flush.

Had an urgent (although not emergency) plumbing issue. Matt quoted over the phone and then fitted me in quickly and at a time that was as convenient as possible for my work schedule. Michael and his apprentice, Karim, arrived and had things sorted. Older-style plumbing so potentially problematic but Michael was aware and knew what he was doing. Pleasant, polite and professional plus cleaned up afterwards - they didn't even mind the cat supervising (or if they did, they didn't show it). Happy with the service and the price. I would definitely call them again and have already recommended them to others.
