We had the pleasure of spending time with lovely Michael when he attended our daughters home in MIllswood on Friday 21/07/23. Michael was at all time professional, hard working, respectful & communicative regarding everything he was doing. Sadly, ours was not a straightforward job for him & took a lot longer than expected due to problems one could not have foreseen. Recently had Michael from Royal Flush Plumbing come out to fix a broken ball valve, and the whole experience was excellent. The communication and coordination were quick, he arrived promptly, and the job was completed efficiently. Pricing was transparent and fair, Michael clearly explained the costs before starting and the workmanship was top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things properly. Looking back, I wish I’d called them sooner! I’ll definitely use Royal Flush Plumbing again and happily recommend them to others. Thanks again for the great service!
