What we originally believed was a blocked drain needing to be cleared turned into a tussle with tree roots that had invaded our pipes. Matt and the guys were terrific. They were friendly and easy to talk to, turned up when they said they would, kept us informed of developments, were up front with costs and tried to source the most economical solutions ( which we appreciated) and cleaned up upwards.
